Unfortunately ALL venues on our beautiful South Coast has been destroyed...

The only thing we can do is to postpone the Festival, until the Old Pont Resort is up and running again.

Chemically Sharpened is the union of Four Mortal Souls, who hail from the Southern most tip of Kwazulu-Natal, Port Edward.

 

The band was born in April 2006 & has gone from strength to strength ever since.

Grabbing the attention of all ages, this four-piece power-rock outfit consists of:

Grahame "THE G-MAN" Doupe on drums,

Steve "FACEMELT" Vermaak on Lead Guitar;

"DREAM MICRO FIBRE" on Bass; &

"SCARTHROAT" Unger on Vocals.

 

The music can only be described as poetic justice to modern hard rock. The band has been in studio, working for months on an uncompromising set of original songs, derived from the many influences in the band, from Led Zeppelin to System’s of a Down.
