Biography

The End of an era was ushered in with the untimely death of vocalist and Metal Icon Andrew "Painometer Technician" Brecher. The band were hard hit by his passing and have experienced tremendous loss and grief over this tragedy.

The band are now back in the bandroom and practicing harder than ever in order to avenge the loss of their brother. Nic "Insano" Venter and Brynn Huxtable have taken up the task of performing vocals for the band now and are covering as many songs as possible during practices.

With gigs alongside CARCASS and NILE coming up, the band have to endure and rise above the destruction that has been brought upon them. Like a Phoenix, Pledge Defiance has risen and is even more furious and unstoppable than before...

Certainly Drew has not left us. He is merely within us now...
