Erupting for the first time in March 2007 to a legion of over 500 instant fans, Hell to Pay have been making waves with every performance since, and continue to earn high regarded respect within the industry.

The band all have not only vast music experience, but deep appreciation as well, and this, combined with their passions and inspirations from South African and the World, brings out a unique and exciting sound that is washing across the local scene.

Hell to Pay have already established themselves as a dedicated, tight and creative song writing force to be reckoned with, and live performances, which are always energized with intensity and guaranteed to get the pit stirring, are balanced by a technical complexity that soon has even the most critical connoisseurs on their feet in appreciation.

Mikes machine-gun double bass, layered with an orchestra of percussion, is backed up by the solid power of Matt on bass, and sets the foundation force of this musical explosion. The partnership between the guitars of Craig and Bosko form a synchronized battalion of mammoth sound that is tempered by a flourish of notes and wails, attacking the fret board between them in engineered precision, together they strike as the forward offensive of the band. The primal howls and animal screams of Marks voice, with a range of vocal expression that encapsulates the aggression, emotions and strength of the band, ties this force together for the final bloody battle.
