Imperium of man is a progressive,technical Death metal band,formed in mid 2008.The music has had much time to mature and to develop into what it has become.With influences ranging from Bloodbath,Gojira, Necrophagist, Obscura,Opeth and Behemoth to classical.Lyrically we focus on the wars of a distant past and those that could occur in a dark and distant future.Drawing influences from the tales of a time of strife and the dark realms of writers such as Dan Abnett and the warhammer universe.We offer a taste of something else.
