Who are We? First and foremost, we are NOT Fan Girls. We're just fans of music fans! We choose the name for the irony it represents. We hunger for all types of music including classical, pop, and even death metal...WE LOVE MUSIC! After a fateful meeting way back in the day though one of the most popular meeting places in the world... the INTERNET. We both had joined the message board of a popular band that was on it's way up, up, up. Tracie and I (I'm Cyn, by the way!) quickly came to realize that we both has equal passion for music and wanted to share those warm fuzzy feelings with other music fans. ONE concert. One concert together was all it took to stamp the friendship as official, registered and it has blossomed into what it is today. (Who knew you could register your friendship?) We spend countless hours at our "regular" jobs doing promotional stuff (Yeah, we know we are supposed to be "working"!) because we eat, drink and sleep MUSIC! Why are we Here? Our purpose in starting this project is to open our big mouths about bands we like!! What do we Do? We go to shows. We see our favorite bands. We scour the area for new talent and once we've been hooked into a band's style and sound, we shamelessly commit ourselves to promoting them in everyway imaginable. We use the brilliance of the internet as well as word of mouth @ shows, we swap swag with other promoters, we have contests and give away cool stuff given to us by the bands we promote, we create CD samplers and force feed our bands music into the ears of eager listeners. If you can think of a way to promote, we will or probably have already done it! Who do we Know? We have developed, over the years, partnerships with fellow promoters, DJ's, radio stations, signed bands, record labels, marketing directors, and basically any person, place or thing within the music business. Who will we Promote? As a diverse network of promoters across the U.S., we promote bands in our local areas, across our states, throughout the nation and even internationally. Being travelers of the world, we find all sorts of bad **** bands to bring back to share in the U.S.! If we like you, we'll promote you.
